1.5 cups rice, cooked without salt
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
3 T butter or margarine
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 cup diced onion
1 can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small jar Cheez Whiz
1 lb crawfish tails
Salt & pepper to taste

Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in broccoli until thawed. Drain and set aside.

Saute celery and onion in butter/margarine. Add soup and milk. Stir in Cheez Whiz. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Add broccoli, rice and crawfish. Season to taste. Coat a covered baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes.

Serves 8-10.
