Let C be a Content Provider.
Let S be a Service Provider
Let E be a End Customer of both S and C who expects to use S's service to consume C's content.

Net Neutrality requires S to serve C's content to E, and prohibits S from collecting fees from either C or E to cover the cost to S of serving the content. Net Neutrality thus forces S to absorb the cost imposed on it by another entity without its consent, a violation of S's right to conduct business.
